摘要
应用质量分析工具进行了大量的数据分析,发现PVC树脂颗粒形态变化大的原因可能与PVC生产过程中聚合系统内含有氧气有关,并进行了小釜验证试验。结果表明:聚合系统内含有氧气,对PVC树脂颗粒形态、老化白度、热稳定性等指标有一定影响,聚合系统内含有氮气,对PVC树脂颗粒形态略有影响。
Extensive data analysis.was conducted by applying quality analysis tools,and it was found that reasons for the large changes in PVC resin particle morphology might be related to the content of oxygen in the polymerization system during PVC production.Thus,the small kettle verification test was conducted.The results showed that oxygen contained in the polymerization system had a certain influences on the morphology,aging whiteness and thermal stability of PVC resin particles,and nitrogen contained in the polymerization system had slightly effects on the morphology of PVC resin particles.
