高职教育产教融合绩效评价研究——基于灰色聚类评估模型的分析 被引量:17

Performance evaluation of the Industry-Education Integration in Higher Vocational Education based on G1-method and grey probability clustering method

摘要 产教融合是高等职业教育人才培养模式的有效手段,是实现培养目标的有效途径,是高等职业院校和企业发展的必然选择。遵循整体性、可测性、差异性原则,本文首先从保障条件、组织实施和合作成效三个维度构建了高职教育产教融合绩效评价指标体系。其次引入改进的G;-法,通过专家对各准则层指标重要程度的理性判断进行权重的确定,然后以江苏旅游职业学院为实证案例,运用基于中心点可能度函数的灰色聚类评估对其进行绩效评价。结果显示,该评价方法适用、可行,并提出了相应的对策建议。 The integration of industry and education is an effective means of talent cultivation mode,an effective way to achieve the training objectives,and an inevitable choice for the development of higher vocational colleges and enterprises.Following the principles of integrity,measurability,and difference,this article firstly constructs a performance evaluation index system for the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education from the three dimensions of guarantee conditions,organization implementation and cooperation effectiveness.Secondly,this paper introduces the improved G1-method to determine the weights by experts’rational judgments on the importance of indicators at each criterion level,and then takes Jiangsu College of Tourism as an empirical case,and uses the grey clustering assessment based on the central point possibility function to assess its performance.The results show that the evaluation method is applicable and feasible.
