2015~2019年烟台市蓬莱区义务教育阶段中小学生视力不良调查

Survey on poor vision of primary and middle school students in compulsory education stage,Penglai district,Yantai city,2015-2019

目的了解烟台市蓬莱区义务教育阶段中小学生视力不良情况及发展趋势,为学生近视防控措施的制定提供科学依据。方法对烟台市蓬莱区2015~2019年义务教育阶段学生视力检查结果进行分析,并对不同性别、生源和学段的学生比较视力不良率的差异。结果烟台市蓬莱区义务教育阶段中小学生视力不良检出率呈现上升趋势,由2015年的48.44%上升至2019年的54.44%,不同年份视力不良检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男生的视力不良检出率由2015年的45.67%上升至2019年的50.39%,女生的视力不良检出率由2015年的51.32%上升至2019年的58.75%,同一年份女生视力不良检出率均高于男生(P<0.01)。城市学生的视力不良检出率由2015年的51.56%上升至2019年的59.10%,乡村的视力不良检出率由46.30%上升至49.86%,同一年份城市学生视力不良检出率均高于农村(P<0.01)。一~三年级视力不良检出率由2015年的19.04%上升至2019年的23.83,%,四~六年级学段视力不良检出率由2015年的51.62%上升至56.43%,七~九年级学段视力不良检出率由2015年的79.53%上升至81.61%,同一年份不同学段学生视力不良检出率不同(P<0.01)。结论烟台市蓬莱区中小学生视力不良问题仍然严重。

Objective To understand the situation and development trend of poor vision among primary and middle school students in compulsory education in Penglai district,Yantai city,so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures for students’myopia.Methods The visual acuity examination results of students in compulsory education during 2015-2019 in Penglai district,Yantai city were analyzed,and the differences of visual acuity impaired rates among students of different genders,student origins and school periods were compared.Results The detection rate of poor vision among primary and middle school students in the compulsory education stage in Penglai district of Yantai city showed an increasing trend,from 48.44%in 2015 to 54.44%in 2019.The difference in different years was statistically significant(P<0.01).The detection rate of poor vision in male students increased from 45.67%in 2015 to 50.39%in 2019,and that in female students increased from 51.32%to 58.75%.The rate in girls was higher than that in boys in the same year,and the difference was statistically significant.The detection rate of poor vision in urban students increased from 51.56%in 2015 to 59.10%in 2019,and that in rural students increased from 46.30%to 49.86%.The rate in urban students was higher than that in rural students in the same year,and the difference was statistically significant.The detection rate of poor vision in grade 1-3 students increased from 19.04%in 2015 to 23.83%in 2019,and that in grade 4-6 students increased from 51.62%to 56.43%,and that in grade 7-9 students increased from 79.53%to81.61%.The rate was different among students in different grades in the same year,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The poor eyesight of primary and middle school students in Penglai district of Yantai city is still a serious matter.
