2005~2020年盘锦市大洼区艾滋病流行特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of AIDS,Dawa district,Panjin city,2005-2020

目的了解盘锦市大洼区艾滋病流行特征与传播途径,为遏止艾滋病的流行提供依据。方法收集、整理2005~2020年12月31日中国疾病预防控制信息系统中艾滋病防治基本信息系统的HIV/AIDS病例报告历史卡片和盘锦市大洼区统计局人口资料,并进行描述性分析。结果2005~2020年12月31日,大洼区共报告HIV/AIDS病例153例,大洼街道和田家街道报告病例较多,各占报告总数的26.14%(40/153)、24.84%(38/153);男女性别比为20.86∶1;发病年龄为15~74岁,20~29岁占41.18%(63/153);家政、家务及待业占27.45%(42/153),商业服务占19.61%(30/153);初中占38.56%(59/153),大专及以上占30.07%(46/153);未婚占58.17%(89/153),离异或丧偶占21.57%(33/153);同性传播占63.40%(97/153),异性传播占35.29%(54/153),传播途径不详占1.31%(2/153);咨询检测占46.41%(71/153),其他就诊者检测占16.34%(25/153)。结论盘锦市大洼区艾滋病感染男性青壮年为主,传播途径以性传播为主,其中男男同性传播为主。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and transmission routes of AIDS in Dawa district,Panjin city,so as to provide the basis for curing the epidemic of AIDS.Methods The HIV/AIDS cases report cards from the Basic Information System for AIDS Prevention and Control in China’s Disease Prevention and Control Information Systemand the population data of the statistics bureau of dawa district of panjin city during 2005-2020 were collected and arranged for descriptive analysis.Results From 2005 to December 31 st,2020,a total of 153 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported in Dawa district,and more cases were reported in Dawa street and Tianjia street,accounting for26.14%(40/153)and 24.84%(38/153)of the total reported cases respectively.The ratio of male to female was 20.86:1;the age of cases was 15-74 years old,and the age of 20-29 years old accounted for 41.18%(63/153).In terms of occupation,housekeeping,housework and unemployment accounted for 27.45%(42/153),while commercial services accounted for 19.61%(30/153).Junior high school students accounted for 38.56%(59/153),and people with education level of junior college or above accounted for 30.07%(46/153).58.17%(89/153)of cases were unmarried,and 21.57%(33/153)were divorced or widowed.In terms of transmission routes,homosexual transmission accounted for 63.40%(97/153),heterosexual transmission accounted for 35.29%(54/153),and unknown transmission route accounted for 1.31%(2/153).Cases were found by counseling accounted for 46.41%(71/153),while other patients accounted for 16.34%(25/153).Conclusion Young and middle-aged men are the main infected persons of AIDS in Dawa district of Panjin city,and the main route of transmission is sexual transmission,especially homosexual transmission between men and men.
