摘要
目的了解太原市迎泽区59所学校实施学校卫生监督量化分级管理效果,为推广学校卫生监督量化分级管理提供依据。方法通过量化分级评分表分析辖区学校实施前后量化评分数据进行统计学分析。结果量化分级管理前后学校卫生监督总得分分别为70.34、81.32分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。突发公共卫生事件管理、传染病与常见病防控管理、生活饮用水卫生管理、教室环境卫生管理、公共场所卫生管理、学校食品安全管理量化分级管理前后的分别得:(6.14、7.82)、(13.41、15.75)、(9.14、11.32)、(11.42、14.01)、(6.41、8.24)、(7.24、9.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。量化分级管理后小学在突发公共卫生事件管理、医疗机构与保健室执业管理、教室环境卫生管理标准分平均值最高,分别为7.86、5.58、14.06分;中学在传染病与常见病防控管理、公共场所卫生管理、生活环境卫生管理标准分平均值最高,分别为15.87、8.64分;大中专院校则是学校食品安全管理标准分平均值最高,为9.29分。结论实施量化分级管理有利于提高学校卫生监督管理水平,改进监督量化分级管理的模式,推广学校卫生监督量化分级管理模式。
Objective To evaluate the effect of implementing quantitative grading management of school health supervision in 59 schools in Yingze district,Taiyuan city,so as to provide basis for promoting quantitative grading management of school health supervision.Methods Statistical analysis of quantitative scoring data before and after the implementation of the district schools by quantitative grading scoring table.Results The total score of school health supervision before and after hierarchical management was 70.34 and 81.32 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores before and after hierarchical management of public health emergencies,prevention and control of infectious and common diseases,drinking water,classroom environment,public places and school food safety were 6.14 and 7.82;13.41 and 15.75;9.14 and 11.32;11.42 and 14.01;6.41 and 8.24;7.24 and 9.10,respectively;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the quantitative and hierarchical management,the average scores of primary schools in the management of public health emergencies,the practice management of medical institutions and health rooms,and the classroom environmental health management standards were the highest,which were 7.86,5.58,and 14.06 respectively.The average scores of prevention and control of infectious diseases and common diseases,health management in public places,and health management of living environment in middle schools were the highest,which were 15.87 and8.64 respectively.School food safety management standards score average was the highest in colleges and technical secondary schools,the score was 9.29.Conclusion The implementation of quantitative classification management is beneficial to improve the level of school health supervision and management,improve the mode of supervision and quantitative classification management,and promote the quantitative classification management mode of school health supervision.
