摘要
在水果产量巨大和需求标准提高的双重影响下,目前亟需研究方便快捷的水果无损检测方法。本文主要介绍机器视觉、近红外光谱检测、拉曼光谱检测和高光谱成像技术共四种光学无损检测技术在水果品质检测中的应用,对水果品质光学无损检测研究历程和发展现状进行归纳整理,同时展望了未来发展方向,为水果品质光学无损检测研究工作提供基础理论参考。
Under the dual influence of the huge fruit yield and increased demand standard, it is urgent to find a convenient and efficient nondestructive testing method for fruit quality. The paper mainly introduces the application of four kinds of optical nondestructive testing technology in fruit quality testing, including the machine vision technology, the near infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and hyperspectral imaging technology, and the research process and development status of optical nondestructive testing technology for fruit quality are summarized and sorted in this paper. At the same time, the future development direction is prospected, so as to provide basic theoretical reference for the research work of optical nondestructive testing for fruit quality.
