摘要
针对臭氧催化氧化技术在处理废水过程中存在处理效果差、臭氧利用率低等问题,开展了臭氧催化氧化技术的工艺设备优化研究,通过设置臭氧塔不同出水高度、增加尾气喷淋吸收、布置两段进气以及耦合双氧水等方式设计出新型臭氧催化氧化装置,以山东某企业生化出水作为研究对象,考察新型臭氧催化氧化装置的性能。结果表明,臭氧塔出水高度在7.0 m以上、增加臭氧尾气前喷淋、布置一段底部进气、适量投加双氧水的情况下,对废水的处理效果最好,该条件下可以保证臭氧利用率和COD去除率均提高10%左右。
The ozone catalytic oxidation technology has some problems in wastewater treatment,such as poor treatment efficiency and low ozone utilization rate.Therefore,the ozone catalyzed oxidation process and equipment were optimized,and a new type of ozone catalytic oxidation device was designed by setting different outlet heights of the ozone tower,increasing exhaust spray absorption,arranging a two-stage gas intake and coupling hydrogen peroxide.The performance of this device for the treatment of the biochemical effluent from an enterprise in Shandong Province was investigated.The best treatment performance of the wastewater was obtained when the outlet height of the ozone tower was above 7.0 m,a spraying was added before ozone exhaust,an air intake was arranged at the bottom,and the hydrogen peroxide was added in an appropriate amount.Under these conditions,the ozone utilization rate and COD removal efficiency of the wastewater were both increased by about 10%.
