摘要
洋葱鳞茎是一种具有不同皮色的营养器官,是人类摄取类黄酮的重要食物来源之一。鳞茎颜色是洋葱育种的重要农艺性状,类黄酮化合物的种类和积累水平导致洋葱鳞茎形成了多种颜色表型。类黄酮化合物是植物的次生代谢产物,在植物体内具有重要生理学意义,具有广泛的生物活性和重要的药用价值。洋葱类黄酮生物合成途径的相关结构基因及其调控基因已经逐步被揭示,本文基于此对洋葱鳞茎颜色的遗传模式、类黄酮生物合成途径的重要结构基因和调控基因及相关的分子标记进行概述,为洋葱鳞茎颜色遗传与分子调控机制的深入研究提供参考。
Onion bulb is a kind of nutritional organs with different skin color, which is one of the important food sources for human to absorb flavonoids. Bulb color is an important agronomic trait in onion breeding. Different kinds and accumulation levels of flavonoids lead to the formation of multiple color phenotypes in onion bulbs. Flavonoids are the secondary metabolites, which have important physiological significance in the plant and a wide range of biological activities and important medicinal value. The related structural genes and regulatory genes of onion flavonoid biosynthesis pathway have been gradually revealed. In this paper, the genetic model of onion bulb color, the important structural genes and regulatory genes of onion flavonoid biosynthesis pathway and their related molecular markers were summarized, which could provide references for further study on inheritance and molecular regulatory mechanism of onion bulb color.
