基于定位场景的孔轴配合与精度设计方法

摘要 以非道路柴油机用正时齿轮室总成为定位场景,以标准件为基准,阐述了一种孔轴配合与精度设计方法,也适用于机械设计领域的其它定位场景。以φ8定位销轴为案例,上下孔与轴的配合代号(如F7/m6、K7/m6)对于其它常用尺寸的定位销直径依然适用。介绍了一种可用于“非基孔制、非基轴制”的孔轴配合与精度设计方法,提出了一种位置偏差补偿原则,并具有较好的适用性。 The non-road diesel engine timing gear chamber assembly as a positioning scene case,the standard parts as a benchmark,describes a hole shaft fit and accuracy design method,it is also applicable to the field of mechanical design of other positioning scene.Although φ8 locating pin shaft is taken as an example,the matching codes of upper and lower holes and shaft,such as F7/M6 and K7/M6,are still applicable to the diameters of locating pins of other common sizes.In fact,it introduces a hole and shaft fit and precision design method which can be used in non-base hole system,non-base shaft system,and puts forward a position deviation compensation principle,which has good applicability.
