工业固体废物综合利用措施研究

Study on measures of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste

当前我国已经迈入了工业大国的行列,带动了我国社会经济的快速发展。新时期,在制定工业发展计划过程中,需要将生态环境保护放在更加重点和突出的位置,并且要强调工业经济建设和生态文明建设的同步协调发展。在工业化发展的历史进程中,遗留了不少生态污染问题,如我们常说的工业“三废”,其中固体废弃物的长期堆积会对生态环境造成极大地破坏。相比于废水和废气需要进行源头治理,对工业固体废物的治理就更强调后期的综合利用。当前,工业固体废物的综合利用还存在着许多不足,因此,本文主要论述了工业固体废物在综合利用过程中存在的问题,并提出了优化和改进的措施。

At present,China has entered the ranks of industrial countries,driving the rapid development of China’s social economy.In the new period,in the process of making industrial development plans,ecological environmental protection will be placed in a more important and prominent position,emphasizing the synchronous and coordinated development of industrial economic construction and ecological civilization construction.In the historical process of industrial development,many ecological pollution problems have been left over,such as the industrial“three wastes”,in which the long-term accumulation of solid wastes has caused great damage to the ecological environment.Compared with waste water and waste gas which can be treated at the source,industrial solid waste attaches more importance to comprehensive utilization at the later stage.However,in view of the present situation of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste,there are still many defi ciencies.This paper mainly points out the problems existing in the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste,and then puts forward optimization and improvement measures.
