总磷在线自动监测仪中动态浊度补偿技术的应用研究

摘要 采用K301s地表水总磷自动分析监测仪,对运河某段水体中的总磷进行了测定。通过开关式仪器的浊度补偿功能,研究了仪器对水体浊度的抗干扰能力。实验表明,开启浊度补偿后,总磷测量值下降了33.9%~43.5%,在自动监测过程中,人工采集了25组实际水样,并在实验室进行比较。结果表明,该仪器测定的总磷值与实验室值一致,相对误差在5.79%~28.3%之间,符合规范要求;采用这种补偿方法的K301s总磷自动分析监测仪,可用于我国98%以上地表水总磷的在线连续监测。 K301s surface water total phosphorus automatic analysis monitor was used to determine the total phosphorus in a section of the canal.Through the turbidity compensation function of the on-off instrument,the anti-interference ability of the instrument to water turbidity is studied.The experiment shows that after turbidity compensation is turned on,the measured value of total phosphorus decreases by 33.9%~43.5%.In the process of automatic monitoring,25 groups of actual water samples are collected manually and compared in the laboratory.The results show that the total phosphorus value determined by the instrument is consistent with the laboratory value,and the relative error is between 5.79%~28.3%;K301s total phosphorus automatic analysis monitor using this compensation method can be used for on-line continuous monitoring of total phosphorus in more than 98% of surface water in China.
