摘要 为了加强源头管控,防止煤矿井下水在产生、外排过程中受到二次污染,同时降低环境治理成本与风险,避免矿井水外排时发生环境污染事故,本文以纳林河二号矿为例,结合国家相关政策和西北能源公司的现状,从处理措施、指标确定、机构管控、处置分类等方面,探讨了纳林河二号矿井下水污染控制和管理措施的优化。 In order to strengthen the source control,prevent the secondary pollution of coal mine underground water in the process of generation and discharge,in the meantime reduce the cost and risk of environmental treatment,and avoid environmental pollution accidents in the process of mine water discharge,this paper takes Nalinhe No.2 mine as an example,combined with relevant national policies and the current situation of Northwest Energy Company,from the aspects of treatment measures,index determination,institutional control,disposal classifi cation,etc,the optimization of groundwater pollution control and management measures in Nalinhe No.2 mine is discussed.
