原子吸收光谱分析中干扰消除与校正进展

摘要 金属元素超标是污染环境的重要因素,在环境监测中需要对土壤、水体中的金属元素含量进行检测,通过检测结果判断污染源,制定相应的治理措施。在环境监测中原子吸收光谱法得到广泛的应用,在环境监测、环境治理,保护生态环境方面发挥着积极作用,但是有很多干扰因素影响测定结果,因此需要针对物理、化学、电离等干扰因素采取相应的消除校正措施,从而保证测定结果准确性。 excessive metal elements are an important factor of environmental pollution.In environmental monitoring,it is necessary to detect the content of metal elements in soil and water,judge the pollution source through the detection results,and formulate corresponding treatment measures.In environmental monitoring,atomic absorption spectrometry is widely used and plays a positive role in environmental monitoring,environmental governance and ecological environment protection.However,there are a large number of interference factors that affect the determination results.Therefore,corresponding elimination and correction measures need to be taken for physical,chemical,ionization and other interference factors to ensure the accuracy of the determination results.
