摘要
光伏发电的不确定性和偶然性会导致高占有率光伏发电系统功率任意波动,加剧电网频率调整压力。同时,光伏接入系统的高比例将取代部分基础发电机组,进一步削弱电网调频能力。文章针对电网稳定频率占比高的并网光伏发电新的升级挑战,分析了光伏发电对系统电网频率可靠性的影响原理。详细介绍了光伏发电参与系统调频的关键技术。最后,结合当前我国电网和新能源技术发展的具体情况,展望未来必须进一步关注的问题。
The uncertainty and contingency of photovoltaic power generation will cause arbitrary fluctuations in the power of high-occupancy photovoltaic power generation systems,which will increase the pressure of grid frequency adjustment.At the same time,the high proportion of photovoltaic access systems will replace some basic generator sets,further weakening the power grid’s frequency regulation capabilities.In view of the new upgrade challenge of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation with a high proportion of stable grid frequency,the principle of photovoltaic power generation’s influence on the system grid frequency reliability is analyzed.The key technology of photovoltaic power generation participating in system frequency modulation is introduced in detail.Finally,in light of the specific conditions of the current development of my country’s power grid and new energy technologies,we look forward to the issues that must be further paid attention to in the future.
