南京青奥中心柴油发电机组后备电源优化分析

摘要 南京青奥中心项目前期MGM管理公司设计标准要求柴发带载范围与现有施工图设计不符,以设计院提供的柴发带载建筑区域划分为前提,计算出柴发机组容量及数量不能满足实际需求。考虑到该项目市政电源由6路10 kV高压电缆进线,用电可靠性高。在本项目主体结构已建成,不增加柴发机组数量、送排风井面积、烟囱数量等情况下,提出了柴发带载建筑区域的划分(确定会议中心、2号塔楼酒店及双塔区地下室合用两台并机柴发机组作为这两个区域的消防及重要负荷的后备电源)优化设计方案,满足了国家规范以及MGM管理公司对柴发配置的带载范围的需求。 The design standard of MGM management company in the early stage of the project requires that the load range of diesel generator is inconsistent with the existing construction drawing design.I calculated the capacity and quantity of diesel generator units on the premise of the division of diesel generator load building area provided by the Design Institute,which can not meet the actual demand.The municipal power supply of the project is connected by 6-way 10 kV high-voltage cables,which has high power reliability.Under the condition that the main structure of the project has been completed and the number of diesel generator units,the area of air supply and exhaust shafts and the number of chimneys are not increased,the optimal design scheme for the division of diesel generator loaded building area(determining that the conference center,the hotel of tower 2 and the basement of double tower area share two parallel diesel generator units as the backup power supply for fire fighting and important loads in these two areas)is put forward,It meets the requirements of national specifications and MGM management company for the load range of diesel generator configuration.
