摘要
循环流化床(CFB)是一种低成本、低风险的生物质生产方法。大量、高效、环保地利用生物质可以减少一氧化物的排放,这与煤和生物质联合燃烧的特性一致,将生物质燃料生产技术的优点引入循环流化床,并将该技术引入国内外电站锅炉的热电联产。文章研究了现有的生物燃料锅炉循环流化床装置的技术改造以及新型生物质燃烧和循环床混合器的开发,以确定可能存在的问题和风险。最后,指出我国循环流化床锅炉生物质生产的发展前景和政策建议。
Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)is a low-cost,low-risk biomass production method.Large-scale,efficient,and environmentally-friendly use of biomass can reduce monoxide emissions,which is consistent with the characteristics of coal and biomass combined combustion.The advantages of biomass fuel production technology are introduced into circulating fluidized beds,and the benefits of this technology The development situation introduces the combined heat and power generation of power station boilers at home and abroad.This paper studies the technical transformation of the existing biofuel boiler circulating fluidized bed device(CFB)and the development of new biomass combustion and circulating bed mixers to determine possible Problems and risks.Finally,I would like to point out the development prospects and policy recommendations of my country’s circulating fluidized bed boiler biomass production.
