摘要 电力营销专业处于电网输、变、配、售业务链的末端,面对千千万万的客户,业务烦杂,工作点多面广,安全、市场、经营、廉洁等风险问题日益突出。对各类风险进行研究分析,制定有效的控制措施已迫在眉睫。文章根据电力营销工作的特点,详细对电力营销管理工作中面临安全、经营、市场等风险进行辨识,找出关键的风险点,并探讨有针对性的控制措施,有效预防风险的发生,给现行电力营销管理工作的改进提供了思路与方法,进一步规范和有效控制营销管理风险的发生。 The power marketing major is at the end of the power grid transmission,transformation,distribution,and sales business chain.It faces tens of thousands of customers,has complicated business,and has a wide range of work points.Risk issues such as safety,market,operation,and integrity are becoming increasingly prominent.The research and analysis of various risks and the formulation of effective control measures are imminent.According to the characteristics of electric power marketing work,the article identifies in detail the risks of safety,operation,and market in electric power marketing management,finds out the key risk points,and discusses targeted control measures to effectively prevent the occurrence of risks.The improvement of power marketing management provides ideas and methods to further standardize and effectively control the occurrence of marketing management risks.
