机房智能标签管理系统的实现与应用

摘要 文章通过建设一套电力通信机房智能标签管理系统,将传统物理标签替换为ESL,通过手持便携终端扫描ESL上二维码,读取编辑标签对应信息内容,实现对通信机房设备之间跳线标签信息的在线动态监管,解决因通信设备跳线信息频繁变动而标签信息更新不及时导致的安全生产事件的发生。同时ESL为动态显示,节约更换传统物理标签带来的成本,避免传统物理标签采用明文带来的信息泄露风险,提高通信设备安全性。系统实现设备通信链路图,为设备故障问题定位分析提供辅助功能,并通过ESL显示颜色变化告知设备当前是否检修。系统提高了电力通信机房安全运行的可靠性,确保电网供电的可靠性。 The article builds a set of intelligent label management system for power communication equipment room,replaces traditional physical tags with ESL,scans the QR code on ESL through a handheld portable terminal,reads and edits the corresponding information content of the tag,and realizes the jumper tag between equipment in the communication equipment room.The online dynamic monitoring of information solves the occurrence of safety production incidents caused by frequent changes in the jumper information of communication equipment and the untimely update of label information.At the same time,ESL is a dynamic display,saving the cost of replacing traditional physical labels,avoiding the risk of information leakage caused by the use of plaintext in traditional physical labels,and improving the security of communication equipment.The system implements the equipment communication link diagram,provides auxiliary functions for equipment fault problem location analysis,and informs whether the equipment is currently overhauled through the color change of the ESL display.The system improves the reliability of the safe operation of the power communication room and ensures the reliability of power supply from the power grid.
