摘要 为了降低9E型联合循环机组厂用电,达到节能减排的效果,文章对余热锅炉组成进行了了介绍,并进行了高压给水泵电机变频改造、低压给水泵电机变频改造、凝结水泵电机变频改造的研究。同时提出了人员优化的方法。通过一系列改造与优化措施,机组运行时,达到了良好的省电效果,供同类型电厂参考。 In order to reduce the power consumption of the 9E combined cycle unit and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction,the article introduces the composition of the waste heat boiler.And carried out the research on the frequency conversion transformation of the high-pressure feedwater pump motor,the frequency conversion transformation of the low-pressure feedwater pump motor,and the frequency conversion transformation of the condensate pump motor.At the same time,the method of personnel optimization is proposed.Through a series of transformation and optimization measures,the unit has achieved a good power saving effect during operation,which can be used as a reference for power plants of the same type.
