光伏发电站工程项目的建设管理具有重要的价值。文章针对目前该项目建设管理的不足,提出光伏发电站工程项目的建设管理策略。在分析光伏发电站项目建设管理重要性的基础上,发现项目管理中存在招投标环节管理不足、设计方案阶段管理不严格、设备采购环节管理不全面以及过程管理不严格等问题。最后,根据实际问题,提出项目建设管理策略。

The construction management of the photovoltaic discovery station project has important value.In view of the current deficiencies in the construction and management of the project,the article proposes a construction management strategy for the photovoltaic power station project.Based on the analysis of the importance of the construction and management of photovoltaic power station projects,it was found that there were problems in project management such as insufficient management in the bidding process,inadequate management in the design phase,incomplete management in the equipment procurement process,and inadequate process management.Finally,according to actual problems,the project construction management strategy is proposed.
