机器视觉在电缆混合码垛中的应用

摘要 目前,国内高端电缆厂生产出的电缆需要根据客户实际订单将不同规格型号的电缆混合码垛至同一个托盘发货。由于不同订单的混码方式各不相同,导致该项工作只能由人工进行。针对上述情况,文章提出使用机械手配合机器视觉来替代人工进行电缆的混合码垛。通过实验得出结论,2D的机器视觉相机不能分辨重叠电缆的外形轮廓,故不能给机械手提供精确的抓取摆放坐标。而3D视觉相机能够很好地辨别不同工况的电缆内外轮廓,为机械手的精准抓取提供必要条件。该应用的研究为电缆行业的自动化、智能化建设提供了强有力的支撑。 At present,the cables produced by domestic high-end cable factories need to be mixed and palletized to the same pallet for delivery of cables of different specifications and models according to the actual orders of customers.Due to the different ways of mixing codes for different orders,this work can only be done manually.In view of the above situation,the article proposes the use of manipulators with machine vision to replace manual cable palletizing.It is concluded through experiments that the 2D machine vision camera cannot distinguish the contours of the overlapping cables,so it cannot provide the manipulator with precise grasping and placing coordinates.The 3D vision camera can distinguish the inner and outer contours of the cable under different working conditions,which provides the necessary conditions for the precise grasping of the manipulator.The research of this application provides a strong support for the automation and intelligent construction of the cable industry.
