一种齿轮式自锁调节脚扣研究

摘要 脚扣是登杆作业的必备工具之一。为了适应锥形电杆直径的变化,需要在登杆的过程中不断来调节脚扣弧形卡杆的大小。初学登杆者常常因登杆作业过程中对脚扣的大小调节不当,使得登杆作业速度缓慢,甚至出现打滑或坠落的现象,极大地增加了作业人员的人身安全风险。文章就脚扣调节长度不可控及调节容易卡涩和滑脱进行研究,设计了齿轮式自锁调节脚扣,通过在脚扣的扣环上安装自调节机构,克服了现有脚扣大小调节不易掌控的弊端,实现了脚扣弧形卡杆的精准调节、自锁固定及安全高效的目标,大幅提高了工作人员安全登杆作业水平。 The foot buckle is one of the necessary tools for pole climbing operation.In order to adapt to the change of the diameter of the conical pole,it is necessary to constantly adjust the size of the foot buckle arc clamping rod in the process of pole climbing.The personnel who have just learned to climb the pole often adjust the size of the foot buckle improperly during the climbing operation,which makes the climbing operation slow,and even slip or fall,which greatly increases the personal safety risk of the operators.Therefore,this paper studies the uncontrollable adjustment length of the foot buckle and the adjustment is easy to jam and slip,and designs the gear type self-locking adjustment foot buckle.By installing the self-adjusting mechanism on the buckle of the foot buckle,it overcomes the disadvantages that the size adjustment of the existing foot buckle is not easy to control,and realizes the goal of accurate adjustment,self-locking fixation,safety and efficiency of the arc clamping rod of the foot buckle,Greatly improve the safe pole climbing operation level of staff.
