基于公众参与的青岛中山路片区问题调研与策略

Research and strategy of Zhongshan Road area problems in Qingdao based on public participation

在城市修补的背景下,城市老旧街区更新迎来新的机遇,新的理论方法与途径涌现,但是,“人”的感受在城市更新与修补中最重要。本着城市设计为人所用,以人为本的精神,通过文献检索和现场查看对中山路片区基本状况做了调查,并通过问卷和访谈了解到人们对于中山路的看法,以及公众对中山路片区改造更新的意愿。以此提出街区更新的策略,使老旧街区更新工作更具人性化。

Under the background of urban renewal,the renewal of old urban blocks has ushered in new opportunities,and new theoretical methods and approaches have emerged.However,the author thinks that the feelings of“people”are the most important in urban renewal and repair.In the spirit of urban design for human use,people-oriented,through literature retrieval and on-site inspection of the basic situation of Zhongshan Road area to do a survey,and through questionnaires and interviews to understand people’s views on Zhongshan Road,as well as the public will on the renovation and renewal of Zhongshan Road area.This paper puts forward the strategy of block renewal and makes the old block renewal work more humanized.
