结合深圳市福田区翠湾社区第一幼儿园项目,介绍了钢结构模块化建筑的体系、运输、吊装、节点连接及安装流程,指出应用钢结构模块化建筑可实现90%以上的部品化率,装修结构一体化;拼装更加方便简单,吊装次数少,现场工作量少,可有效缩短施工现场的工期。

This paper introduces the system,transportation,lifting,joint connection and installation process of the steel structure modular building.Combined with the project of the first kindergarten in Cuiwan community,Futian District,Shenzhen City,it can achieve more than 90%part quality rate and the integration of decoration and structure.The assembling is more convenient and simple,the lifting times are less,the on-site workload is less,which can effectively shorten the construction period on-site.
