摘要 长流程钢铁联合企业自备电厂氮氧化物排放在各生产单元中占比一般能达到10%以上。钢铁联合企业产生焦炉煤气、高炉煤气和转炉煤气,通过燃气自备电厂调节煤气平衡,使钢铁联合企业燃气自备电厂氮氧化物排放受煤气成分波动影响,在超低排放政策要求下,氮氧化物稳定达标可以从源头控制、末端治理等多种途径进行治理,通过分析燃气自备电厂氮氧化物排放特征,比较多种氮氧化物的控制方法,结合实际提出钢铁联合企业燃气自备电厂氮氧化物综合治理对策。 The proportion of NO_(X)emitted by autonomous power plant in each pollution production of long process iron and steel complex enterprises can generally reach more than 10%.Coke oven gas,blast furnace gas and converter gas are produced in iron and steel complex.Generally,the gas balance is adjusted by the autonomous power plant,so that the NO_(X)emission of the gas-fired power plant in iron and steel complex has the emission characteristics affected by the fluctuation of gas composition.Under the requirements of ultra-low emission policy,nitrogen oxides can be controlled by source control,end treatment or other ways.Based on the extensive collection of basic data,compares several control methods of NO_(X),and puts forward the control method of NO_(X)emission of the gas-fired power plant in iron and steel complex.
