摘要
在分析建筑后评估内容与影响的基础上,讨论了《建筑策划》教学的现存问题与教学内容更新的意义。通过《建筑策划》教学内容更新的目标、原则与教学内容构成的探讨,完善《建筑策划》的课程组织结构,扩展《建筑策划》的课程适用范围,为“前策划、后评估”的建筑项目组织实施过程的闭环建设提供参考。
On the basis of analyzing the content and impact of post-construction evaluation,the existing problems in the teaching of Architectural Planning and the significance of updating the teaching content are discussed.By investigating the goals,principles and composition of the teaching content update of Architectural Planning,the curriculum organization structure of Architectural Planning is improved,and the scope of application of Architectural Planning is expanded to organize the construction project of“pre-planning,post-evaluation”the closed-loop construction of the implementation process provides a reference.
