建设工程设计方案审查工作机制优化的研究

Research on optimization of the working mechanism of construction engineering design

通过对建设工程设计方案审查工作现状的梳理分析,结合相关工作实践,总结了其中的不足。基于以上结果,提出了建设工程设计方案审查工作机制的优化方案,首先,通过重大项目绿色通道,对建设项目提前介入、模拟审查;其次,细化办事指南、改进工作流程,根据建设项目特点提供个性化服务;再者,强化规划的刚性,加强事后动态监管,实施全过程跟踪。目前,优化后的审查工作机制在实际工作中发挥了较好的效果,提升了工作效率、优化了营商环境,但仍然需要在后续工作中不断改进完善。

Through the combing and analysis of the current status of the construction engineering design scheme review,combined with the relevant work practice,summarized the shortcomings.Based on the above results,this paper puts for ward the optimization scheme of the work mechanism of the review of the construction engineering design scheme:first,through the priority channel of major projects,the construction projects to intervene in advance,simulation review;secondly,refine the work guide,improve the work process,and provide personalized services according to the characteristics of the construction project.Finally,strengthen the rigidity of planning,strengthen post-event dynamic supervision,and implement the whole process tracking.At present,the optimized review mechanism has played a good role in practice,improving work efficiency and optimizing the business environment,but it still needs to be improved in the follow-up work.
