个人极端暴力犯罪的形成机理与逻辑推演

A Research on the Formation Mechanism and Logical Deduction of Individual Extreme Violent Crime

近年来我国个人极端暴力犯罪研究逐渐兴起,在取得丰硕成果的同时也一直陷于事实描述与成因分析之中不能自拔。静态的犯罪图像刻画极易掩盖动态的形成机理。个人极端暴力犯罪形成机理的主线是犯罪人主客观特征的动态转化,个人极端暴力犯罪行为的形成需经历"弱势群体失意化""失意群体极端化"两个阶段,由"客观弱势"发展为"主观失意",再由"主观失意"演变为"极端暴力"。2000年至2020年101例个人极端暴力犯罪的实证分析与"社会失范""挫折—攻击"等理论推演证实了上述机理假设。

In recent years,researches on individual extreme violent crimes in my country have gradually risen.While achieving fruitful results,they have also been trapped in fact description and cause analysis.Static crime image depiction can easily cover up the dynamic formation mechanism.The main line of the formation mechanism of individual extreme violent crime is the dynamic transformation of individual extreme violent criminals.The formation of individual extreme violent criminal behaviors needs to go through such two stages of"frustration of vulnerable groups"and"extremism of frustrated groups"from"objective weakness"to"subjective frustration",and then from"subjective frustration"to"extreme violence".The empirical analysis of 101 individual extreme violent crimes from 2000 to 2020 and such theoretical deductions as"social anomie","attribution",and"frustration-attack"have confirmed the above-mentioned mechanism hypothesis.
