摘要
危机传播是企业、组织或政府面对危机事件所采取的旨在减少危机损坏程度的沟通信息、树立形象的公关策略。在数字技术飞速发展的新媒体时代,在涉警危机传播过程中,需要将议题管理作为一种有效的资源管理,迅速界定出舆论传播过程中对组织可能造成影响的显性议题或者核心议题,运用前置议题管理、设置媒体议题、抓实议题内容、转移不利议题等传播策略,使议题的导向处于自己的掌控之下,使舆情朝有利于组织的方向发展。
Crisis dissemination is a public relation strategy adopted by enterprises,organizations and governments in the face of a crisis events to reduce the severity of the crisis of communicate information and establish images.In the new media era of rapid development of digital technology,it is necessary to take issue management as an effective resource management in the process of police related crisis communication,and quickly define the explicit issues or core issues that may affect the organization in the process of public opinion propagation,and use such communication strategies as pre-issue management,setting media issues,grasping the content of issues and transferring adverse issues to make the orientation of issues under their own control,and thus to make public opinion develop in a direction conducive to the organization.
