《卓越法治人才2.0意见》对我国新时代卓越法治人才的培养提出了更高要求。目前,作为培养法治人才主力军的地方院校在人才培养过程中仍存在对实践教学定位不清重视不够、实践教学课程体系不科学、实践教学资源不充分、实践教学考核评价体系不健全等根本性问题。法学学科是实践性很强的学科,基础相对较差、资源相对较少的地方院校,只有对上述若干方面进行突破性变革,在明确法学实践教学定位基础上,不断优化实践教学课程体系,充分利用实践教学资源,深入完善实践教学考核评价体系,方能突破法学实践教学的现实困境,圆满实现卓越法治人才的培养目标。

The Guidance 2.0 on Cultivating Excellent Legal Talents sets higher requirements for cultivating excellent legal talents in the new era.As a major driving force in the cultivation of legal talents,colleges and universities under local authorities are now still confronted with some fundamental issues in the course of cultivating talents,such as unclear orientation and under-emphasis on practical teaching,unscientific curriculum systems for practical teaching,insufficient practical teaching resources,and unsound examination and evaluation systems for practical teaching,etc.The science of law is a discipline of high practicality.Thus,colleges and universities under local authorities which are relatively weak in educational or financial foundation and resources,can break through actual barriers to practical legal teaching so as to completely achieve the goal for cultivating excellent legal talents,only if they make breakthroughs to continuously optimize practical teaching curriculum systems,fully use practical teaching resources and deeply improve examination and evaluation systems for practical teaching on the basis of defining explicitly their orientation on practical legal teaching.
