父母婚姻质量与子女心理健康的关系:自我分化的中介作用

The Relationship between Parental Marriage Quality and Middle School Students'Mental Health:The Mediating Role of Self-Differentiation

目的:探讨父母婚姻质量与中学生心理健康的关系,及中学生的心理健康水平,并检验自我分化的中介作用。方法:用《父母婚姻质量量表》《自我分化量表》与《心理健康量表》对某市360名中学生及其父母亲进行问卷调查。结果:中学生心理健康的阳性检出率为38.07%,轻度问题检出率34.94%,中度问题检出率3.13%;初中生心理健康的阳性检出率为33.33%,高中生的心理健康的阳性检出率为44.49%。初中生和高中生的心理健康状况存在显著性差异(p<0.001)。母亲婚姻质量(p<0.05)、自我分化(p<0.001)与心理健康(p<0.001)在年级上有显著性差异。初中生的父母亲婚姻质量、自我分化与心理健康两两显著相关。自我分化在父母婚姻质量与心理健康之间起中介效应。结论:初中生的心理健康状况好于高中生的心理健康状况,随着父母婚姻质量和自我分化水平的提高,中学生的心理健康水平也会提高。父母婚姻质量不仅能够直接预测心理健康水平,而且能够通过自我分化间接影响中学生的心理健康水平。

Objective:To explore the relationship between the quality of parental marriage and the mental health of middle school students,the level of mental health of middle school students,and the mediating role of self-differentiation.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 360 middle school students and their parents in a certain city using"Parental Marriage Quality Scale","Self Differentiation Scale"and"Mental Health Scale".Results:The positive detection rate of the mental health of middle school students was 38.07%,that of mild problems was 34.94%,and that of moderate problems was 3.13%;The positive detection rate of mental health of junior high school students was 33.33%,and the positive detection rate of high school students was 44.49%.There are significant differences in the mental health status of junior high school students and senior high school students(p<0.001).Maternal marriage quality(p<0.05),self-differentiation(p<0.001),and mental health(p<0.001)have significant differences in grades.The quality of marriage,self-differentiation and mental health of the parents of junior high school students are significantly related to each other.Self-differentiation plays a mediating effect between parents'marriage quality and mental health.Conclusion:The mental health of junior high school students is better than that of senior high school students.With the improvement of the quality of parental marriage and self-differentiation,the mental health of middle school students will also improve.The quality of parental marriage can not only directly predict the level of mental health,but also indirectly affect the level of mental health of middle school students through self-differentiation.
