基于物联网的多级污水处理系统研究

摘要 当下的污水处理系统中的第一滤板大多为固定式结构,在进行污水处理的同时,难免会将滤板堵塞,以至于影响到污水处理的效果和速率。现对固定式结构的滤板进行改动,利用支撑杆和电机带动滤板进行震动,大大增加污水处理的效率。此外,进料口的增设和搅拌棒的改进均能够提高污水的处理效果。将4G网络以及PC端上可利用网络和相应的调试助手软件相结合,便可对触摸屏远距离监视和操作,最终实现远端的少人值守,达到减员增效的目的。 The first filter plate in the sewage treatment system is mostly fixed structure, in the sewage treatment at the same time,it is inevitable that the filter plate will be blocked, so as to affect the effect and rate of sewage treatment. The filter plate of the fixed structure is changed, and the filter plate is shaken by the support rod and motor, which greatly increases the efficiency of sewage treatment. In addition, the addition of the inlet and the improvement of the mixing rod can improve the treatment effect of sewage. In addition, the 4 G network and pc side can be used on the network and the corresponding debugging assistant software, can be long-range monitoring and operation of the touch screen, and ultimately achieve the remote side of the small watch,to achieve the goal of reducing staff efficiency.
