青岛市乡村文化振兴对策研究

Study on the Countermeasures for the Revitalization of Rural Culture in Qingdao

近年来,青岛市通过发起乡村振兴攻势,不断加大农村新时代新风尚培育、公共文化设施建设、公共文化产品和服务供给、乡村文化遗产保护、文化人才队伍培育力度,充分发挥乡村文化塑形、铸魂、化人的作用,乡村群众文化获得感和幸福感大幅提升。但不可否认,青岛的乡村文化仍然存在内生动力缺失、资金投入不足、公共文化设施“建”“管”“用”失衡、人才支撑不足等问题,需要聚焦乡风文明、文化民生、传承保护、人才引育、产业发展等方面,通过重塑乡村居民精神风貌、提升乡村公共文化服务、弘扬乡村优秀传统文化、加强基层文化队伍建设、激发乡村文化产业活力等措施,进一步推动乡村文化振兴。

In recent years,by launching the Rural Revitalization offensive,Qingdao has continuously strengthened the cultivation of new trends in the new era in rural areas,the construction of public cultural facilities,the supply of public cultural products and services,the protection of rural cultural heritage and the cultivation of cultural talent team,gave full play to the role of rural culture in shaping,casting the soul and transforming people and greatly improved the sense of cultural acquisition and happiness of rural people.However,it is undeniable that there are still some problems in Qingdao’s rural culture,such as lack of endogenous power,insufficient capital investment,imbalance in the“construction”,“management”and“use”of public cultural facilities,and insufficient talent support.It is necessary to focus on rural civilization,culture and people’s livelihood,inheritance and protection,talent introduction and education,industrial development,etc.By reshaping the spiritual outlook of rural residents and improving rural public cultural services,carrying forward the excellent rural traditional culture,strengthening the construction of grass-roots cultural team,stimulating the vitality of rural cultural industry and other measures to further promote the revitalization of rural culture.
