花园式地下污水厂主体结构设计要点分析

摘要 对花园式地下污水厂结构设计要点进行介绍,针对与常规地上污水厂的不同,从荷载取值及计算模式、计算软件选用、变形缝和加强带的设置及对比选用、常用抗拔桩及锚杆的适用性等方面进行分析,结合工程经验,为花园式地下污水厂结构设计提出建议。花园式地下污水厂顶板荷载应充分考虑,建议采用井字梁;建议减少变形缝的设置,掺入混凝土添加剂,多采用连续或间歇式膨胀加强带;从场地适用性及与基坑施工同步性上,建议多采用灌注桩作为抗压抗拔桩。 Aiming at the difference from the conventional above-ground sewage plant,the paper introduces the key points of the structural design of the garden-type underground sewage plant,and analyses from the load value and calculating mode,the selection of calculation software,the setting and selection of deformation joints and reinforcement belts,the applicability of the commonly used uplift piles and anchors,also the paper puts forward suggestions for the structural design of the garden-type underground sewage plant,combining with engineering experience.The load value of the garden-type underground sewage plant roof should be fully considered,and the well-shaped beam is recommended.And there are other recommendations,such as reducing the use of deformation joints,mixing concrete additives,and using continuous or intermittent expansion reinforcement belts.From the site applicability and the foundation pit construction synchronization,it is recommended to use cast-in-place piles as compressive and uplift piles.
