负流量控制与正流量控制在液压挖掘机中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对液压挖掘机的液压控制系统,详细介绍了负流量控制回路与正流量控制回路的工作原理,并分析了不同工况下的负流量控制回路与正流量控制回路中多路阀的压降情况,并介绍了正流量变量泵和负流量变量泵的具体工作原理与区别;根据负流量控制回路与正流量控制回路的不同工况和变量泵的工作原理,分析2种控制回路的响应时间。通过分析比较2种控制方式的液压系统,结果表明:正流量控制系统比负流量控制系统具有更好的操作性和节能效果。 Aiming at hydraulic control system for hydraulic excavator,the article introduces the principle of negative flow control loop and positive flow control circuit,and analyzes the negative flow control loop and under different working conditions are flow control loop of multi-way valve pressure drop,and introduces the concrete working principle and differences of positive flow variable pump and negative flow variable pump.According to the different working conditions of negative flow control loop and positive flow control loop and working principle of the variable pump,the article analyzes the response time of two kinds of control circuit.Through analysis and comparison of hydraulic system of two kinds of control methods,we suggest that positive flow control system has better energy saving effect and maneuverability than negative flow control system.
