摘要
通过地质软件3DMine建立芒莱露天矿全区三维地质模型,对首采区的松散层资源赋存情况进行了分析;基于首采区松散层资源的实际赋存情况,在首采区达产第4年工作线完全转入由西向东推进后,轮斗连续工艺系统具备布置工作条件时,对轮斗连续工艺布置方式进行了设计;结合松散层厚度、工作线长度、台阶高度、推进度等情况进行定性与定量分析论述。结果表明:首采区松散层剥离采用轮斗工艺优于单斗-卡车工艺。
The article establishes three-dimensional geological model of the whole area in Manglai Open-pit Mine by geological software 3DMine,and analyzes the occurrence of loose layer resources in the first mining area.Based on the actual occurrence of loose layer resources in the first mining area,when the working line of the first mining area is completely transferred from west to east in the fourth year of production and the continuous wheel,and bucket process system has the working conditions,the article designs continuous wheel and bucket process layout mode.Based on qualitative and quantitative analysis and discussion of loose layer thickness,working line length,step height and propelling degree,the results show that the wheel-bucket technology is better than the single-bucket truck technology in the first mining area for loose layer stripping.
