露天煤矿全生命周期生态环境保护管理研究

Research on life cycle ecological environment protection and management in open-pit coal mine

围绕露天矿区生态环境保护工作,总结国家电投内蒙古公司所属露天煤矿生态修复实践经验,提出存在的主要问题和应对策略。结果表明,露天煤矿实施全生产链条、全生命周期生态修复规划,能够很大程度上降低矿山生态修复成本,提高矿山生态修复质量,进一步推进露天矿山绿色、高质量发展。

This article focuses on the ecological and environmental protection work in open-pit coal mine,summarizes the practical experience of ecological restoration in open-pit coal mine of Inner Mongolia State Power Investment Corporation,and puts forward the main problems and countermeasures.The results show that the implementation of full production chain and life cycle ecological restoration planning in open-pit coal mines can greatly reduce the cost of mine ecological restoration,improve the quality of mine ecological restoration,and further promote the green and high-quality development of open-pit mines.
