互联网+背景下企业仓储系统管理模式探析

Analysis of Management Mode of Warehouse System of Enterprises under the Background of Internet+

随着电子商务的飞速发展和企业ERP系统的深化应用,“互联网+”等新技术为仓储行业带来了重大机遇。文中分析了现行仓储物料管理的现状和不足,创新性地搭建了“互联网+仓储”智能化仓储管理系统的架构,即通过建立物资虚拟库和智能仓储条码管理系统双管齐下深化ERP应用。通过物资虚拟库对物资进行统计分析管理,推进物资宏观上的联储共备;智能仓储条码系统则通过对仓储物资信息主表进行扩展,属性扩充,增加了物料仓位的定义。互联网+仓储智能管理系统不仅实现了仓库多位一体化的智能控制和可视化监管,而且实现仓储物料的动态、实时监控,有效地满足现代仓储物流管理模式下对仓储管理的需求。

With the rapid development of e-business and the deepening application of the enterprise ERP system,new technologies such as“Internet+”have brought great opportunities for the warehousing industry.This paper analyzes the current situation and deficiency of the present warehousing management,and innovatively builds the architecture of the intelligent warehouse management system based on the“Internet+warehousing”,that is to build a virtual library and an intelligent warehouse barcode management system to deepen the ERP application by means of the statistical analysis and management,and promote the joint reserve and co-share between enterprises macroscopically,expansion of the main table and the attribute to expand the definition of the material position information.The intelligent Internet+warehousing management system not only realizes the integrated intelligent control and visual supervision of the warehouse,but also improves the dynamic and real-time monitoring of warehousing materials,and effectively satisfies the need of warehousing management under the modern warehousing management mode.
