基于聚类分析的协同配送中心选址研究

Research on Location Selection of Collaborative Distribution Center Based on Cluster Analysis

为解决协同配送与现有物流配送基础设施不协调的问题,在分析江苏某电商企业物流配送现状的基础上,首先用k-means聚类分析方法将协同配送区域划分为不同的区域类别,以实现规模效应和配送线路的统一,然后采用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法针对已经划分完毕的协同配送区域具体选址确定两种方案。运用聚类分析法将配送区域进行分类和划分,再采用其他评价方法对初选结果进行评价,提高了选址效率和可操作性,对协同配送模式下配送中心选址研究有一定的借鉴意义。

For Solving the problem of coordination between collaborative distribution and existing logistics distribution infrastructure,this paper uses k-means cluster analysis method to divide the collaborative distribution area into different regional categories based on the analysis of the corrent situatin of logistics and distribution of an e-commerce enterprise in Jinangsu Province.in order to achieve the unity of scale effect and distribution lines.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are used to determine the specific location of the divided collaborative distribution areas.Cluster analysis is used to classify and divide the distribution areas,and other evaluation methods are used to evaluate the results of primary selection,which improves the efficiency and operability of location selection.It can be used for reference in the research of distribution center location under collaborative distribution mode.
