运筹学模型在农产品物流成本管理中的应用研究

摘要 随着电子商务行业的快速发展,如何提高农产品物流运输效率成为了一个重点关注的问题。物流企业在农产品运输成本管理方面的措施有待完善,物流成本的优化管理是提高农民生产积极性,保障农民收益的重要因素,因此,探索一种合理高效的产品运输调配方案是目前农产品物流运输急需解决的问题。文中以某企业的物流成本管理为分析案例,论述了运筹学模型中的表上作业法在农产品物流成本优化中的特性与优势,然后尝试采用表上作业法为农产品运输安排初始调配方案,继而采用位势法计算非基变量检验数,并进行最优性检验,最后再运用闭回路法对初始调运方案进行改进,以期在资源有限的情况下,为农产品运输寻找多个最优方案,使农产品运输成本最小,运输效率最高。 With the development of e-commerce,how to improve the transportation efficiency of agricultural product logistics is a key concern.However,the measures of companies in the management of agricultural product transportation costs need to be improved.The optimization management of logistics costs is an important factor to improve farmers enthusiasm for production and ensure their income.Therefore,exploring a reasonable and efficient transportation allocation plan is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the logistics of agricultural products.This paper takes an analysis case,discusses the characteristics and superiority of the table on the operation method in the operation research model in the cost control of agricultural products logistics,and then tries to use the table on the operation method to design the initial allocation plan for the transportation of agricultural products.The potential method is used to solve the non-basic variable test number,and the optimality test is performed.Then,the closed-loop method is used to improve the initial transportation strategy,in order to find multiple optimal plans for the transportation of agricultural products under the restrictions of limited resources,and make the transportation cost of products the smallest and the transportation efficiency the highest.
