摘要
文中基于我国西部10省市2004-2017年的面板数据,利用系统GMM模型,对我国西部的交通基础设施建设对产业结构升级的影响进行了研究分析,结果表明:①西部交通基础设施建设对产业结构升级具有促进作用;②不同的交通运输方式对产业结构升级的作用也不同,其中公路促进了产业结构的升级,而像铁路和高铁这样的长途运输方式则没有显著的影响。因此,要促进我国产业结构的升级发展,首先要推动西部交通基础设施建设,其次要继续推动公路的发展,并采取合理的政策措施和方式发展西部的铁路和高铁的长途运输优势,以期使其能够促进产业的结构升级与经济发展。
Based on the panel data of 10 provinces and cities in western China from 2004 to 2017,this paper studies and analyzes the influence of transportation infrastructure construction on industrial structure upgrading by using system GMM model.The results show that①the transportation infrastructure construction in western China can promote industrial structure upgrading;②different transportation modes can promote industrial structure upgrading,in which highway transportation promotes industrial structure upgrading,while long-distance transportation modes such as railway and high-speed railway have no significant impact.Therefore,in order to promote the upgrading and development of China s industrial structure,we must promote the transportation infrastructure construction in the western part of China at first.Then it is necessary to continue to promote the development of highways,and adopt reasonable policies and measures to develop the long-distance transportation advantages of railways and high-speed trains in the western region,so as to enable them to promote the structural upgrading and economic development of the industry.
