沙良物流园经营发展策略探讨

Discussion on Operation and Development Strategy of Shaliang Logistics Park

基于铁路运输网络的物流具有成本低、运距长、全天候、能耗低和环保优等特点,所以铁路货物运输应深化物流产业链的专业化分工,延伸并拓展物流领域的增值业务,创新基于铁路货物运输的物流新产品,发挥铁路运输在构建现代物流体系中的重要作用。基于此,文中以沙良物流园为主要研究对象,分析了现阶段沙良物流园存在的主要问题,然后总结沙良物流园的发展机遇并提出经营发展策略。

Logistics based on railway transportation network is characterized by low cost,long transportation distance,all-weather transportation,low energy consumption and excellent environmental protection,so railway freight transportation should deepen the professional division of labor of railway logistics industry chain,extend and expand the value-added business in the logistics field,innovate new logistics products based on railway cargo transportation,and play an important role of railway transportation in building modern logistics system.Based on this,this paper takes Shaliang logistics park as the main research object,analyzes the main problems existing in the park,then summarizes the development opportunities and puts forward the business and development strategy for Shaliang logistics park.
