新文科电商专创融合实训适岗性的探索与实践--以湖北经济学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Post Suitability of Integration and Practical Training of Specialty and Entrepreneurship of E-commerce in New Liberal Arts--Take Hubei University of Economics as an Example

面对电子商务新技术与市场需求的不断变化,新文科电子商务人才培养应以职业能力为导向开展创新创业教育,精准连接专业理论与特色实践,在实践培养环节循环检验市场需求。湖北经济学院电商创业实验室在专创教育适岗性上做出了探索与实践,构建“市场导向,实践实用”的一体化实训平台,对标企业岗位设置实训团队,通过市场化项目运作,打造高校与产业界人才职业素养双向流通机制,实践“专业链对接产业链”的企业生态化实训。

In the face of the continuous changes of new e-commerce technology and market demand,the training of e-commerce talents in new liberal arts should develop innovation and entrepreneurship education guided by professional ability,which can accurately connect professional theory and characteristic practice,and test the market demand in the practical training link.The e-commerce entrepreneurship laboratory of Hubei University of Economics has conducted an exploration and practices of the post suitability of specialty and entrepreneurship education,built an integrated market-oriented and practical training platform,set up a training team for the posts of standard enterprises,created a two-way circulation mechanism with the professional quality of industrial talents through market-oriented project operation,and practiced the ecological enterprise training of“professional chain docking with industrial chain”.
