基于地方经济的应用型+物流管理人才培养模式研究

Research on Application Orientation+Logistics Management Talent Training Mode Based on Local Economy

结合泉州市地方经济和行业发展新需求,针对人才培养模式构建中培养目标、培养方式、培养类型、培养特色以及教学方法手段方面存在的问题,探索以应用型为核心、方向型为特征的物流管理人才分类培养路径,构建满足地方经济发展需求的“应用型+”物流管理人才培养模式,希望为地方高校物流管理应用型人才培养提供借鉴。

Combined with the local economic development and the new needs of the industry in Quanzhou,aiming at the problems existing in the training objectives,training methods,training types,training characteristics and teaching methods to be solved in the construction of talent training mode,the classified training path of logistics management talents with application oriention as the core and orientation as the characteristics is explored.This paper constructs an“application orientation+”logistics management talent training mode to meet the needs of local economic development,hoping to provide a reference for the training of logistics application-oriented talents in local colleges and universities.
