一种紧凑型布置的石灰石粉制备站的设计和应用

摘要 循环流化床机组的石灰石粉制备站,由于占地面积较大,通常布置在远离锅炉房的区域,从而导致石灰石粉输送系统运行能耗较大。本文结合国内某300?MW循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉电厂石灰石粉系统改造项目,介绍一种紧凑型石灰石粉制备站的设计和应用,实现了制备站抵近锅炉房布置设计,为今后工程石灰石粉系统的优化设计提供了一种新思路。 As limestone powder preparation station general lay in the area away from the boiler room because of the big size,so that the limestone powder conveying system has large operating energy consumption.This paper introduces a design and application of a compact limestone powder preparation sation according to baima 300MW CFB power plant limestone powder system transformation project.Limestone preparation station can lay near the boiler house,and it provides a new idea for the optimal design of limestone powder system in the future.
