摘要 电厂仪用厂用空压机属于连续不间断运行设备,同时螺杆空压机又属于高耗能设备,运行时因能量转换产生了大量的废热,余热利用系统将空压机运行时产生的废热收集利用,用于厂前区职工的生活热水加热,节省加热生活水所需的电能,降低厂用电率。本文主要论述了螺杆空压机余热利用技术的原理,在华能渭南热电工程中的应用,此应用产生的环保及经济效益,表明此应用具有行业推广价值。 The screw air compressor is a kind of continuous operation equipment in power plant,and it is also a kind of high energy-consuming equipment.It produces a lot of heat during operation because of energy conversion.The waste heat generated by the air compressor in operation is utilized by the waste heat utilization system,which is directly used in the hot water of the workers in front of the plant to save the electric energy needed for heating the domestic water.Reduce the power consumption rate.This paper mainly discusses the principle of waste heat utilization technology of screw air compressor and its application in Huaneng Weinan thermal power project.This application produces environmental protection and economic benefits.The results show that this application has industrial popularization value.
