火法熔融提纯喜马拉雅玫瑰盐的研究 被引量:2

摘要 喜马拉雅玫瑰盐中富含多种矿物质与微量元素,有利于人体的健康,且具有粉色特征。针对其水不溶物含量超标的问题,以喜马拉雅玫瑰盐为原料,利用熔融状态下的氯化钠与水不溶物比重不同的性质,采用高温熔融重结晶的方法对玫瑰盐进行提纯研究。对水不溶物的成分、提纯后的玫瑰盐中水不溶物含量及元素成分含量进行检测和分析,结果表明红色的水不溶物中富含铁元素,并且主要成分为泥土,同时玫瑰盐的粉色特征是由盐中水不溶物的颜色所致;在950℃下保温40min后重结晶的玫瑰盐中,水不溶物含量由0.083%降低至0.0024%,达到国标GB/T 5461—2016中优级精制盐指标要求;有害元素砷、钡和铅的含量分别下降至0.0032mg/kg、0.61mg/kg和0.21mg/kg;钠的含量上升至3.924×10^(5)mg/kg,钙、镁、铁含量达到2200mg/kg、855mg/kg和1.31mg/kg,而铝的含量小于1.00mg/kg。 Himalayan rose salt is rich in minerals and trace elements,which is benefit to human health,and has a pink color.To solve the problem of water-insoluble substance exceeding the national standard,the rose salt was purified by high-temperature melting method.Based on gravity differences of sodium chloride and insoluble substances under high-temperature melting,pink salt was purified by recrystallization.The composition of water insoluble substance,the content of water insoluble substance and elements in purified rose salt were tested and analyzed.The results showed that red water insoluble substance is rich in iron,and the main component is soil.The pink characteristic of rose salt is caused by the insoluble substance in salt.After recrystallization at 950℃for 40 minutes,the insoluble substance content was reduced from 0.083%to 0.0024%,which met the requirements of premium refined salt standard of GB/T 5461—2016.The contents of As,Ba,Pb decreased to 0.0032mg/kg,0.61mg/kg and 0.21mg/kg respectively.The content of Na increased to 3.924×10^(5)mg/kg,while the content of Ca,Mg and Fe reached 2200mg/kg,855mg/kg and 1.31mg/kg,respectively.The content of Al was less than 1.00mg/kg.
