非剥脱点阵激光联合光子嫩肤治疗痤疮瘢痕的效果

Effect of Non-ablative Fractional Laser Combined with Photorejuvenation in the Treatment of Acne Scars

目的:探讨非剥脱点阵激光联合光子嫩肤治疗痤疮瘢痕的效果。方法:选择2018年1月-2020年11月本院收治的痤疮瘢痕患者60例,按照交替分组法分为两组,其中对照组30例接受非剥脱点阵激光治疗,观察组30例在其基础上联合光子嫩肤治疗。观察两组治疗效果,采用痤疮患者特异性生活质量量表(Acne-QOL)评估两组治疗前及治疗1个月后生活质量,统计两组治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在治疗1个月后的痤疮症状、自我感知、情感功能及社会功能评分较治疗前均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:非剥脱点阵激光联合光子嫩肤应用于痤疮瘢痕的治疗中效果较佳,能够有效提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of non-ablative fractional laser combined with photorejuvenation in the treatment of acne scars.Method:A total of 60 patients with acne scars admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the alternate grouping method.Among them,30 cases in the control group received non-ablative fractional laser treatment,and 30 cases in the observation group were combined with photorejuvenation treatment on this basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed,and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by Ance patient-specific quality of life scale(Acne-QOL)before and after treatment for 1 month and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were counted.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the scores of acne symptoms,self-perception,emotional function and social function of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the indexes observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The non-ablative fractional laser combined with photonrejuvenation has a better effect in the treatment of acne scars and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
