溴己新联合清肺解毒汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Bromohexine Combined with Qingfei Jiedu Decoction on Bronchial Pneumonia in Children

目的:探讨溴己新联合清肺解毒汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月笔者所在医院收治的小儿支气管肺炎84例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例。对照组采用溴己新治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予清肺解毒汤治疗,两组均治疗7 d。比较两组临床症状持续时间、住院时间、临床疗效、血清炎症因子和细胞免疫指标。结果:治疗后,两组CRP、PCT、TNF-α和IL-6水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组CD3^(+)和CD4^(+)明显高于对照组,而CD8^(+)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组高热、咳嗽及炎症等临床症状持续时间和住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效优率为97.62%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溴己新联合清肺解毒汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果显著,能够有效降低血清炎症因子水平,提高细胞免疫水平,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Bromohexine combined with Qingfei Jiedu Decoction on bronchial pneumonia in children.Method:A total of 84 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bromohexine,and the treatment group was treated with Bromohexine combined with Qingfei Jiedu Decoction.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical symptom duration,length of hospital stay,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and cellular immunity indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of CRP,PCT,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group’s were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of clinical symptoms such as high fever,cough and inflammation and the length of hospital stay in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bromhexine combined with Qingfei Jiedu Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children.It can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and improve the level of cellular immunity.It is worthy of clinical promotion。
