标准化护理方案对椎管内分娩镇痛中转剖宫产患者围术期寒战反应的影响

Effect of Standardized Nursing Program on Perioperative Shivering Reaction of Patients Undergoing Intraspinal Delivery Analgesia and Transfer to Cesarean Section

目的:探究标准化护理方案对椎管内分娩镇痛中转剖宫产患者围术期寒战反应的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年6月椎管内分娩镇痛中转剖宫产产妇100例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用标准化护理方案,观察两组的护理效果及满意度,术中寒战发生情况,术中应激反应情况及术后20 min内寒战发生情况。结果:观察组护理总有效率、总满意度均高于对照组,术中寒战发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中应激反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后20 min内寒战发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化护理方案可有效减少患者围术期寒战的发生,减少术中应激反应,有利于患者剖宫产及预后,并可提高护理效果和患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the improvement of perioperative shivering reaction of patients undergoing intraspinal delivery analgesia and transfer to cesarean section by standardized nursing program.Method:A total of 100 women who were transferred to cesarean section during intraspinal delivery analgesia from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given standardized nursing program.The nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups,the occurrence of shivering during the operation,the stress reaction during the operation and the occurrence of shivering within 20 minutes after the operation were observed.Result:The total effective rate and satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of intraoperative shivering was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative stress reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of shivering 20 min after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing program can effectively reduce the occurrence of perioperative shivering in patients,reduce intraoperative stress reaction,it is beneficial to patients’delivery and prognosis,and can improve nursing effect and satisfaction.
